This week across school it has been Faith Week, where each of the year groups has had the opportunity to learn about and experience different faiths to our own.
In year 4, the faith we were studying was Christianity, something we already know a lot about! However, as part of our experience we were given the opportunity to visit Latchford Baptist Church, a church very different to St James, where we normally go.
While we were there we got to explore the church and we noticed some of the similarities and differences to our own church. We even got to pretend to take part in a Baptist Church service and then headed down into the Baptismal Pool.
Take a look at some of the pictures from our day below.
Year 4 would also like to extend a huge thank you to Mr Schofield for showing us around the Church and Mrs Smith for accompanying on our trip.
On Thursday 22nd of June, year four set off on an adventure to the Peace Center.
Walking through Warrington town center we considered why the peace center was built and what it stood for.
We had a great time staying over with all our friends and trying some orienteering around Sankey Valley.
Have a look below at some of the pictures from our trip!
Today some members of Year 3 and Year 4 went over to Victoria Park for a tag rugby festival organised by Warrington Wolves. We had a fantastic day and all children were a credit to our school! Take a look at some of our pictures below.
We even had our photo taken with the Challenge Cup!
