On Wednesday, the house with the highest points total will be announced. The winners will all be treated to a movie morning and some tasty goodies! All children (and teaching staff) are members of a house: Dormouse, Mad Hatters, Cheshire Cats or White Rabbits. Children are awarded points for their house when they are helpful, kind, generous or living and breathing our school’s Christian values.
In one of our assemblies this week, we heard about Sir Bob Geldof, who organised Band Aid to help people affected by famine in Africa. Then, a music quiz was held. Adults from each house competed for points, answering questions on Band Aid’s ‘Do They Know it’s Christmas?’ All contestants were good sports and showed off their musical knowledge, however, Mr Waldron was the overall winner!
