Everything we do in school is designed to help our children to ‘be the best that they can be’. We believe that God has a plan for each and every one of us and we want to find out what it is! Earlier this week we launched our special ‘Primary Futures’ project. We’ll be asking children to think about their plans for the future – what do they want to be when they grow up? We launched the project with a brilliant performance by the ‘Pop Project’, a musical group who had us all singing and dancing about our aspirations.

It was great fun and really got us in the mood to think about our ambitions. Next week, children in KS2 will be meeting people from a range of backgrounds who have interesting jobs. Our visitors will talk to the children about their work, the route they took into that career and about all the things they love about their occupation. We hope it will inspire our children to think big, be ambitious and reach for the stars! Ask your children about our visitors and strike up a conversation about their futures!
